This is a plain-language stub for a product that is still opening the booth. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. If you need a real contract, do not treat this page as one.

What this is

Ginger Spotter is a joke with a real pipeline: spot a redhead, draw a fairground caricature, discard the raw photo, collect the drawing. The marketing site on gingerspotter.com is not the playable app.

Be decent

Do not harass people. Do not take or upload photos of someone who has not agreed to be drawn. You are responsible for what you point the camera at. Insider humor is not a hall pass for being a creep.

Soft-open software

The app is provided as-is while it is being built. Features can change, break, or get wiped. Scores, boards, and pins may be local only. Do not rely on it as a record of anything important.

Your catches

Drawings you generate are for personal, non-commercial fun unless we say otherwise later. Do not pass marketing booth art off as a live catch, and do not pass someone else’s likeness around in a way that would reasonably upset them.

Not that other game

“Pokémon Go for gingers” is a vibe line. Ginger Spotter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pokémon, Nintendo, or The Pokémon Company.

Operator

The site and product are operated by Boundless Design LLC. That name is here for legal ownership, not as the brand on the booth.

When this changes

If the product grows up — accounts, a hosted heat map, paid markers — these terms will need a real rewrite. Until then, this stub is the honest label: soft-open, not lawyer-reviewed.
